These terms apply to your use of this website and to quotations and sales by Toners 4 Africa, 119 Industrial Road, Amalgam, Johannesburg. By using the site or accepting a quotation you agree to them. They are read with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA) where those Acts apply.
1. The website is a catalogue
Products shown on this website are an invitation to request a quotation, not an offer for sale. Nothing is bought or paid for online. Product images are for illustration: packaging may differ from the picture, and compatible products are sold under their own brand.
2. Quotations
- A quotation is valid for 7 days unless it states otherwise, and is subject to stock availability at the time you accept it.
- Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery is quoted separately where it applies.
- We may correct obvious errors in a quotation (pricing, codes or descriptions) before you pay.
3. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when you accept the quotation in writing (email or WhatsApp) and, for cash customers, when payment reflects in our account. Account customers are subject to their approved credit terms. Ownership passes to you once paid in full; risk passes on delivery or collection.
4. Original and compatible products
"Original" or "OEM" products are made by the printer manufacturer. "Compatible", "generic" and "premium" products are made by independent manufacturers to fit the named machines. Using compatible consumables does not by itself void your printer's statutory rights. Please check the code on your old cartridge or your machine model before ordering, or ask us to confirm compatibility.
5. Warranty
Products are covered against manufacturing defects as set out in our Return & Refund Policy and the CPA. Page yields are manufacturer estimates at 5% coverage and vary with use.
6. Delivery
Delivery and collection are covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profit or downtime) arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to repairing, replacing or refunding the product concerned.
8. Website use
Content on this site (text, design, logo and artwork) belongs to Toners 4 Africa or its licensors. Brand names and trademarks such as Kyocera, HP, Canon, Ricoh, Brother and others belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
9. Privacy
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. General
