Toners 4 Africa supplies customers in all 9 provinces of South Africa and in 30 African countries. Delivery options and costs are confirmed on your quotation.
1. Collection
Orders can be collected from 119 Industrial Road, Amalgam, Johannesburg during business hours (Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 16:00, Friday 08:30 to 12:00 and 13:45 to 16:00) once we confirm your order is ready.
2. Johannesburg and Gauteng
Orders confirmed before 12:00 on a working day are usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days in Johannesburg and greater Gauteng, by our own transport or a courier.
3. Rest of South Africa
We ship countrywide by courier, usually within 2 to 4 working days to main centres and 3 to 6 working days to outlying areas, from the day the order is dispatched.
4. Africa
For customers outside South Africa we arrange road or air freight, or deliver to your nominated forwarding agent in Johannesburg. Lead times, freight costs, duties and import taxes are quoted per order; duties and taxes in the destination country are for the customer's account.
5. On delivery
- Please check the number of boxes and their condition before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery note.
- Report damaged, missing or incorrect items within 48 hours to info@tonersforafrica.com or WhatsApp +27 83 437 7027.
- Risk passes to you once the order is delivered and signed for.
6. Delays
Delivery times are estimates. We will keep you informed, but we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, customs or other events outside our control.
